A positive week is encouraging, but it is not the same as a repaired trend. In our latest CoinGecko snapshot, Bitcoin is at $84,632, Ethereum at $2,515.51 and Solana at $108.64. Their seven-day changes are +3.59%, +3.36% and +4.30%. Over 30 days, however, all three remain lower: Bitcoin −1.64%, Ethereum −8.92% and Solana −8.21%.
What the numbers suggest
Our interpretation is a recovery attempt within a softer monthly market, with Bitcoin showing more relative resilience. That is a narrower conclusion than declaring a new bull run. A stronger case would require the recovery to persist across more assets and longer periods.
Zcash leads the displayed top ten over seven days at +16.61%, while its 30-day return is −10.97%. That contrast matters: a sharp bounce can coexist with an unfinished recovery.
What “top ten” means here
The table follows CoinGecko’s reported market-cap ranks at capture time. It includes USDT and USDC, and a tokenised-credit asset, Figure Heloc. These are different kinds of exposure. A position in a ranking says something about reported size; it does not make assets equivalent in liquidity, transparency, or risk.
Market-cap estimates can differ across providers because supply estimates and asset coverage differ. This page keeps one provider’s ranking intact rather than merging incompatible lists.
The next scheduled checkpoint
The Federal Reserve’s official calendar lists its next FOMC meeting for 27–28 October 2026. The meeting is scheduled; its outcome is not known. Our view is to treat it as a potential source of volatility, not as proof that prices must move in a particular direction.
