720 official profiles matched to the roster. Country, political group, national party and published parliamentary assignments are recorded. An appointment establishes a role, not competence.
315 CV pages contained substantive entries; 719 declaration indexes linked a private-interest document. These are member-supplied records. Credentials, income and conflicts have not been independently verified for every member.
4 narrow disciplinary case notes are prepared. 0 complete individual audits are claimed. Voting, attendance, legal case outcomes and public responses require further individual review.
“Not located” refers only to the checked page and date. It does not prove that a document does not exist or that a member broke a rule. A blank case file is not a clean bill of health.
Compare claimed qualifications and work experience with the responsibilities held. Verify material claims against independent records. Degrees, job titles and speech counts alone do not establish competence.
Check declared outside roles, financial interests, sponsored travel, lobby meetings and assistants. Establish who benefited and what decision was made. An interest or meeting alone does not prove corruption.
Separate a complaint, investigation, charge, judgment and appeal. Include the member’s response where available. Distinguish parliamentary discipline from criminal findings and political disagreement.
A roll-call vote can show an individual position on a particular question. Attendance lists are a separate record. Neither a voting rate nor a speech count is a standalone competence score. Any comparison needs a defined period, denominator and treatment of leave, substitutions and non-roll-call votes.
We scrutinise how stated political or religious commitments affect public decisions, rights, funding and use of office. A documented organisational role may be relevant to a conflict of interest. We do not infer private belief from names or appearance, or treat religion, ethnicity or a party label as evidence of corruption or incompetence. The same standard applies to every representative.
The initial case notes were chosen because an identifiable official disciplinary record was available. The three members named in the same 10 March 2026 announcement are presented together. Selection is not a measure of prevalence. No member has been contacted by Zeebra for this draft; a response not located in the reviewed sources is not a refusal to comment. Further allegations remain outside these case notes until the record, current status and response are checked.
Roster, assignments, CV links and document indexes: European Parliament, checked 25 October 2026. CV information is self-reported. The directory links original documents, which may be published in their original language. Zeebra’s explanations are in English. Initials are navigation aids, not portraits.
